Ulysse Cologne by Vicky Tiel, Ulysse is a fragrance for men that was launched in 1998. It contains notes of amber, musk, and vanilla and is intended for office wear. The fragrance is a collaboration with the perfumer Richard Herpin. Vicky Tiel began creation of perfumes in the 1990s, but she is also widely noted for bringing the miniskirt into popular fashion during the 1960s. During this time, she also opened a boutique in Paris which became a hotspot for celebrities of the day. Tiel graduated from Parsons School of Design where she gained notice for her sensual fashions that focused on making women feel comfortable in their bodies, and she eventually designed costumes for Woody Allen’s What’s New, Pussycat? as well as for Pretty Woman. Tiel is also credited for designing Elizabeth Taylor’s signature caftan style dress, and released a biography in 2011 titles It’s All About the Dress.
